Abstract Nicole Hassoun’s book Global Health Impact: Extending Access to Essential Medicines has three parts. Part 1 is about the right health, 2 offers a concrete proposal for how promote ability of people in developing world live minimally good lives and 3 concerned with consumer responsibility as it relates global health. I argue that there philosophical tension between respective projects Parts 2. The project reflects sufficientarian ideal, namely ensuring each person our community life. But, offered different maximizing health benefit.
